Utilizing modern technology while preserving traditional techniques, the team of Chartered Surveyors provides a high-quality service supplying computerized Bills of Quantities and Cost Planning Services to Clients, Architects, Builders, and other Building Professionals.

GEYAK is very mindful of its responsibilities to its employees, subcontractors, and general public with regard to Health and Safety on site. The company has an established H & S structure steered from the Director level and comprising Two Safety Officers and coordinators. Each Safety Officer has responsibility for a number of Construction sites and carries out regular site visits.
